We are looking for a results-driven Telecaller Sales Executive to join our B2B sales team focused on the food service industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, reaching out to potential clients (restaurants, hotels, cafes, caterers, etc.), and converting them into customers through persuasive calling and follow-up. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential B2B clients in the food service sector. Pitch and promote the company’s food products, ingredients, and services to decision-makers.Identify and understand customer needs, and offer suitable product solutions. Maintain a pipeline of qualified leads through consistent follow-ups. Schedule meetings for field sales teams or close smaller deals over the phone. Maintain and update CRM records with customer interactions and feedback. Achieve weekly/monthly targets for calls, leads, and conversions.Handle inbound sales inquiries and convert them into business opportunities. Build strong customer relationships for repeat and long-term business. Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, customer service, etc.) to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. Key Requirements: Proven experience in telecalling, telesales, or B2B inside sales (preferably in food service, FMCG, or HoReCa industry). Strong communication and persuasive skills in Punjabi, Hindi and English (regional languages a plus). Ability to work with targets and handle rejection positively. Familiarity with food ingredients, restaurant supplies, or HoReCa purchasing trends is a strong advantage. Basic computer skills; experience with CRM tools is preferred.
