The ideal candidate will have at least 1+ years of experience, a strong command of SAP software, and excellent communication and email drafting skills in English. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can efficiently manage data entry tasks and support warehouse operations. Key Responsibilities Perform accurate and timely data entry tasks in SAP software. Generate, maintain, and update records, invoices, and reports in the system. Coordinate with the warehouse and operations teams for data accuracy and workflow alignment. Draft professional emails and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. Handle data verification and ensure compliance with company standards. Identify and resolve data discrepancies promptly. Required Skills And Qualifications Experience: Minimum 1+ years of experience in data entry roles, preferably in warehouse operations. Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP software. Strong knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in English. Strong email drafting skills. Other Requirements: High attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to urgent requirements. Must be able to join immediately.
