Job Title: QC (Quality Control) Executive Department: Quality Control Location: Byrnihat, Meghalaya Reports To: QC Manager Industry: Flexible Packaging Manufacturing Job Summary: The QC Executive is responsible for executing quality control processes to ensure raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods meet the required standards and specifications. The role involves conducting inspections, analytical testing, documentation, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and company standards. Key Responsibilities: Conduct routine testing of raw materials, packaging materials, in-process, and finished products. Prepare and review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), specifications, and test methods. Ensure all QC activities comply with regulatory requirements. Document all test results accurately and maintain records as per data integrity guidelines. Perform stability studies and retain sample testing as per schedule. Identify deviations or non-conformities and assist in root cause analysis and CAPA. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Production, QA, R&D) to resolve quality issues. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, CIPET or a related field. Experience in a QC role, preferably . Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking. Good communication and documentation skills. Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks efficiently. Police Dept, Forest dept, electricity dept, GST range office, Local Village headman, etc. · Ensure the various record keeping of Stores, Main Gate, Mess, Attendance, Stock Registers, or any other registers are up to date. · Checking overtime records · Guidance to Junior Staff for their responsibilities with respect to Sales, Purchase, HR, Etc. · Planning, organizing, directing and running optimum day to day operations in plant · Monitoring and controlling commercial aspect of the operations including raw material, consumables and finished goods stocks. · Coordinate with respective Production and other Departments to understand breakdown issue and ensure timely resolution · Timely audits and checks to prevent wastage, damages and implement preventive maintenance through various departments · Co-ordinate emergency response in case of a medical emergency Job Specification/Requirements: · Diploma/BE/B.Tech/ BBA/MBA/ B. Sc or equivalent who has a rich experience in administration. · Candidate is required to stay in the Plant Premises · Should have rich experience in Lead Alloys Industry as GM/AGM. · Should be well versed with General Administration. · Strong knowledge in technical aspects of production, quality and maintenance · Need to handle the team for execution of orders. Experience Required- Minimum 8-12 years of experience as GM or AGM in any Lead Alloys /Steel/Cement Industry/ Mining or any other Heavy Industry.
