Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Development & Management who can lead our partnerships and collaborations with banks and financial institutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building long-term relationships with banking partners and securing access to banking APIs essential for our platform operations. The candidate should possess a strong understanding of banking APIs, payment gateway systems, and financial integrations. Key Responsibilities: * Product Development & Management. * Design and enhance banking products like digital banking solutions . * Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, financial institutions, and relevant API service providers. * Act as the primary point of contact between SP TRANSACTION HUB and partner banks. * Collaborate with banks to obtain access to essential APIs, including UPI, payout, collections, virtual accounts, and other banking services. * Monitor product performance and recommend improvements. * Negotiate terms, onboard new banking partners, and manage existing relationships. * Coordinate with internal product and tech teams to ensure seamless API integration. * Keep up-to-date with regulatory frameworks, banking innovations, and industry trends related to APIs and digital payments. * Ensure compliance and documentation as per RBI and other financial guidelines. * Represent the company in meetings, conferences, and banking partnership forums. Requirements: * Proven experience in relationship management, preferably with banks or fintech companies. * Strong understanding of banking APIs, * payment gateways, and financial technology infrastructure. * Ability to engage with senior-level executives in banks and financial institutions. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Knowledge of compliance standards, digital payments, and transaction systems is a plus. * Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related field (MBA preferred).
