We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Site Supervisor to oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure smooth execution of residential and commercial construction or interior design projects. This is an entry-level role suitable for fresh graduates or professionals with up to 2 years of experience in site supervision or project coordination. Key Responsibilities: Assist in managing on-site activities, including labor, materials, and subcontractors. Monitor project timelines and ensure work is progressing as per the schedule. Ensure safety procedures and quality standards are followed at the site. Coordinate between the office and site for drawings, updates, and approvals. Report daily site progress and issues to the Project Manager or Architect. Supervise and inspect site work to ensure alignment with drawings and specifications. Manage and maintain site documentation such as attendance, material delivery, and labor usage. Support in resolving on-site challenges and implement practical solutions. Communicate effectively with vendors, contractors, and clients when required. Requirements: Diploma/B.E. in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field. 0–2 years of experience in construction or interior project sites. Basic knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations. Strong observation, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks. Willingness to travel to various project sites as needed.
