Office 365 Administration: Manage and maintain the Office 365 environment, including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and related services. Administer user accounts, groups, licenses, and permissions across the organization. Implement and enforce security policies, including MFA, DLP, and conditional access. Monitor system health and performance, resolving issues to ensure uptime and reliability. Configure and manage email flow rules and spam filters to maintain email security and compliance. Perform backups and recovery of Office 365 data using native tools or third-party solutions. Ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements. User and Policy Management: Create, modify, and delete user accounts, mailboxes, and shared mailboxes as needed. Develop, document, and enforce policies for user account management and usage of Office 365 services. Provide training and documentation for end-users on best practices for Office 365 tools. Desktop Support: Respond to and resolve Level 1/Level 2 support tickets related to hardware, software, and Office 365 issues. Set up, troubleshoot, and maintain desktop and laptop systems, including OS installation and updates. Install, configure, and maintain software applications used across the organization. Provide remote and in-person technical support to end-users, ensuring prompt resolution of issues. Assist with IT asset management, including hardware inventory and software licensing. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with IT teams to implement and maintain integrations with Office 365 services. Coordinate with vendors for advanced troubleshooting and product-related issues.

Role & responsibilities The Finance Head will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company, providing strategic leadership in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. The role involves managing the financial health of the company, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and supporting decision-making processes through financial insights and data. Key Responsibilities: 1. Financial Strategy C Planning: Lead the development and execution of financial strategies to support business growth and operational efficiency. Oversee budgeting and financial forecasting processes, ensuring alignment with the companys strategic goals. Provide financial guidance to the executive team and senior management for critical business decisions. 2. Financial Reporting C Analysis: Supervise the preparation of financial statements, reports, and variance analysis for internal and external stakeholders. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, industry regulations, and tax laws. Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks in the diamond industry. 3. Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks, including currency fluctuations, commodity price volatility, and geopolitical factors affecting the diamond industry. Develop and implement strategies for managing working capital, cash flow, and liquidity. 4. Treasury C Cash Flow Management: Oversee treasury operations, including cash flow management, funding, and liquidity planning. Manage banking relationships, financing arrangements, and investment strategies to ensure optimal use of resources. 5. Internal Controls C Compliance: Implement and maintain strong internal controls to safeguard assets, ensure accurate financial reporting, and promote operational efficiency. Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, tax obligations, and corporate governance standards. 6. Leadership C Team Development: Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to ensure high performance and career growth. Foster a collaborative environment across departments to ensure financial strategies support business operations. 7. Preferred candidate profile Qualifications: Education : Bachelors or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. CPA, CFA, or similar professional certification preferred. Experience : Minimum 10-15 years of experience in financial management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within the diamond industry or a closely related sector (luxury goods, jewelry, or precious metals). Experience in managing financial operations, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis in a complex, global business environment. Knowledge of the Diamond Industry : Strong understanding of the diamond supply chain, pricing dynamics, regulatory environment, and global market trends. Skills : Strong leadership and people management skills. Excellent financial modelling, analytical, and strategic thinking abilities. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Proficient in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics). Preferred Attributes: Experience in mergers, acquisitions, and financial restructuring. Ability to navigate through market fluctuations and advise on mitigating risks related to commodity prices and exchange rates. Job responsibilities: -Work on with full stack development using C# .Net & Angular 8+ (both UI and back-end services). -Enhance existing systems by analyzing business objectives, preparing an action plan and identifying areas for modification and improvement -Prepare and maintain code for various .NET applications and resolve any defects in systems. -Create technical specifications and test plans -Development of .NET Web API and WCF web services -Work with Azure and Cloud applications. -Should have strong attention to detail -Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills -Familiarity with the ASP.NET framework, SQL Server and design/architectural patterns (e.g. Model-View-Controller (MVC) Knowledge of at least one of the .NET languages (e.g. C#, Visual Basic .NET) and HTML5/CSS3.
