You successfully fulfil your role by: Develop and maintain software solutions with a very good understanding of object-oriented programming and a strong hands-on Core Java 8 or above (Collections, Exceptions, Multithreading, Design patterns, JUnits). Hands-on experience in building REST APIs. Experience with any database & basic SQL knowledge. Experience with tools such as Wildfly, and Tomcat. Translate customer requirements into software solutions applicable to multiple clients. Good to know Java 11 or above. Familiarity with front-end technologies like TypeScript and Angular is a plus. Prepare training session plans & presentations. - Curriculum Development: Design, update, and implement comprehensive training modules for new and existing Courier Delivery Executives, covering all aspects of their job role. Onboarding Training: Conduct engaging and interactive orientation and initial training sessions for new hires, familiarizing them with company policies, delivery protocols, technology, and customer service expectations. Skill Enhancement: Provide ongoing training and refreshers on key areas such as: Route Optimization & Navigation: Efficient use of GPS, delivery apps, and local area knowledge for optimal route planning. Technical Instruction: Provide hands-on technical instruction and demonstrations in a wide range of hair services including: Haircutting (classic, contemporary, precision cuts, etc.) Hair Coloring (single process, highlights, balayage, corrective color, etc.) Hair Styling (blowouts, updos, braids, curling, straightening, etc.) Hair Treatments (keratin, conditioning treatments, etc.) Hair extensions (if applicable) Assess & Evaluate: Conduct regular assessments, provide constructive feedback, and evaluate the progress and performance of trainees and stylists. Mentorship & Coaching: Mentor and coach individual stylists/students, identifying areas for improvement and fostering continuous skill development and professional growth. Product Knowledge: Train on product knowledge, proper usage, and retail sales techniques. Client Communication & Service: Emphasize and train on exceptional client consultation skills, communication, hygiene, salon etiquette, and client retention strategies. Maintain Standards: Ensure all training activities and salon practices adhere to safety, sanitation, and professional standards. Curriculum Development: Collaborate with management to update and improve existing training materials and create new ones as needed. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of training sessions, attendance, and trainee progress.
