Key Responsibilities: · Maintain shop floor discipline, address worker grievances, and act as the primary contact for worker-related issues. · Ensure compliance with labor laws and factory rules. · Monitor attendance, overtime, and leaves; issue warnings or notices when needed. · Coordinate with accounts and supervisors for timely wage processing and employee welfare activities. · Handle situations like absenteeism, unrest, or disputes calmly and ensure a stable work environment.
