To leverage on this and to expand into the northern & eastern geographies of India, Yara acquired Tata Chemicals’ 1.2 MN MT Urea plant in UP, Northern India. With this acquisition Yara India’s scale of operation has grown significantly Role And Responsibilities Civil Maintenance & Project Execution Plan and execute preventive maintenance and testing (including NDT) for civil infrastructure such as foundations and cooling towers. Execute and oversee a wide range of works including refractory jobs, greenfield/brownfield construction, interior upgrades, waterproofing, roof sheet replacement, water-retaining structures, road works, and railway siding maintenance. Review civil drawings and technical specs; prepare accurate BOQs based on site feasibility and engineering standards. Ensure engineering tasks and projects meet HES and ISO quality compliance. Evaluate feasibility and contribute to cost estimation for small to mid-sized projects during concept and planning stages. Planning, Coordination and Compliance Use SAP and ISO systems for maintenance tracking, documentation, and audit readiness. Plan and monitor civil project schedules for timely completion and minimal plant disruption. Coordinate with internal departments (Production, Maintenance, EHS, Projects, QA, Procurement, Admin) and external vendors, suppliers, and railway authorities for seamless project execution. Ensure 100% HES adherence through regular site inspections, risk assessments, and hazard controls. Control civil maintenance and project budgets effectively and generate regular progress reports for management. Leadership and Supervision Supervise and assign tasks to site engineers, contractors, and civil supervisors. Define methodologies and coordinate with cross-functional engineering teams to meet quality, safety, and timeline goals. Monitor vendor and contractor compliance with safety, technical, and quality standards. Maintain a preferred vendor list through structured evaluation based on performance, safety, and delivery metrics. Preferred Skills Strong project management and supervisory skills in civil infrastructure maintenance and construction. Proficient in SAP (for maintenance and project tracking), ISO documentation, and HES compliance. Knowledge of industrial civil systems such as cooling towers, refractory structures, waterproofing, and railway sidings. Ability to evaluate vendors, interpret civil drawings, prepare BOQs, and manage budgets. Good communication and coordination skills for effective cross-functional collaboration. Education And Experience Education: Candidate should be B.tech / B.E. – Civil from reputed College/University. Candidate should have scored minimum 60% in 10th, 12th & in B.Tech - Civil Engineering. Experience: Candidate should have 6–8 years of professional experience in civil maintenance and project execution in the fertilizer or large-scale manufacturing industry. Preferred Exposure: Hands-on involvement in brownfield/greenfield projects, HES compliance frameworks, ISO systems, and SAP. Performs root cause analysis for equipment failures and implements corrective actions. Maintains proper inventory of spares and tools and initiates purchase when required. Compliance, Safety and Continuous Improvement Ensures EHS and ISO standards are adhered to during all maintenance activities. Profile The Industrial Hospital Pharmacist will be responsible for managing pharmaceutical services within the plant's healthcare facility. This includes dispensing medications, providing first aid, supporting occupational health initiatives, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The role is pivotal in maintaining the health and well-being of township residents through effective medication management and health education. Role And Responsibilities Overall responsible for Total Drug Inventory Management: Medicines indenting as per defined systems and process. Ensuring Medicines movement and record keeping with quarterly auding with cross functional team for quality assurance. To provide quality health care to patients and managing patient in OPD/IPD/FA treatment. Accurately dispense prescribed medications to employees, ensuring correct dosages and administration methods.
