Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Tele-calling: Identify and research potential clients and new business opportunities within the interior design market. Conduct outbound tele-calling to prospective clients, introducing our services, understanding their needs, and qualifying leads. Follow up on inquiries from various marketing channels (website, social media, referrals, events). Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate client information and communication logs. Effectively communicate client requirements, preferences, and project scope to the design team to ensure accurate proposals and design concepts.
