We’re seeking a motivated and skilled professional to take charge of our online presence, generate quality leads, and ensure smooth warehouse operations. ⸻ Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce & Lead Generation Manager who will be responsible for driving online sales, managing our e-commerce platforms, generating high-quality leads, and overseeing warehouse operations and logistics. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on experience in digital marketing, lead generation campaigns, and supply chain coordination. ⸻ Key Responsibilities: E-Commerce Management • Manage and optimize listings on platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, and others. • Plan and execute promotions, pricing strategies, and seasonal campaigns. • Track and analyze online sales performance, customer behavior, and ROI. • Coordinate product shoots, content updates, and customer reviews. Lead Generation • Develop and execute lead generation strategies across B2B and B2C channels. • Run targeted ad campaigns (Meta, Google, LinkedIn) to acquire potential customers. • Build and maintain lead databases, monitor conversion rates, and report KPIs. • Identify and reach out to retail stores, distributors, and potential business partners. Warehouse & Inventory Management • Monitor stock levels, reorder cycles, and ensure inventory accuracy. • Coordinate product dispatches, courier services, and returns. • Collaborate with vendors and logistics partners for timely delivery. • Maintain documentation for goods movement and quality checks. ⸻ Requirements: Optional • Proficiency with e-commerce tools (Amazon Seller Central, Shopify), Google Ads, Meta Business Suite. • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. • Knowledge of supply chain and basic warehousing processes is a plus. ⸻ Preferred Qualities: • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and growth-driven. • Ability to multitask across different verticals and manage a small team. • Creative thinker with a hands-on attitude. ⸻ Compensation: As per industry standards + incentives based on performance
