Prepare procurement plan, identify new suppliers, initiate negotiation. Vendor evaluation & Rating. Place enquiries for receive Quotes and maintain related documents; Float enquiries for domestic & import engineering goods, receive Quotes. To prepare Comparison Statement. Monitor stock to maintain inventory level; Co-ordinate with supplier and transporter for logistics. Co-ordinate with technical team & accounts. Execute activities as per defined quality systems within the guidelines of company with the objective of ensuring availability of materials to the plant. Experience in procuring engineering goods & services is must.
