Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Food Technologist located in Mumbai. The Food Technologist will be responsible for conducting sensory evaluations, developing new products, improving existing products, and ensuring quality control. Day-to-day tasks include laboratory testing, research and development, and implementing safety regulations and standards. You’ll play a key role in developing new mayo variants, optimizing formulations, ensuring product stability, and maintaining top-tier quality standards. This role is perfect for someone who’s excited to blend creativity and science – one batch at a time. Qualifications Formulate and test new mayonnaise recipes (classic + flavoued) Manage emulsification and texture standardisation Conduct sensory and shelf-life evaluations Ensure compliance with FSSAI and food safety regulations Collaborate with production for lab-to-line scale-ups Innovate clean-label and cost-optimised product versions
