Oversee *sheet metal fabrication processes* (grinding, TIG/MIG/spot/projection welding, assembly). Manage *material knowledge*, fabrication equipment, and maintenance. Ensure adherence to *quality standards & safety protocols* (PPE, procedures). Implement *productivity improvement techniques* (Kaizen, Poka-Yoke, jigs/fixtures). Lead, mentor, and motivate the production team. Optimize processes to *reduce non-productive time*.
