The Senior Jewellery Designer will be responsible for creating bespoke jewellery designs, utilizing drawing and Corel Draw skills, staying updated with market trends in jewellery, and collaborating with various teams. Managing the entire product line life cycle from conceptual design, sample mock-up, to final production. The Merchandiser will be responsible for working with our oduct Development team to make sure that the sales attract attention of customers with new design concepts as per recent market trends. Merchandiser will also be responsible to follow up with different stakeholders for better customer experience Appraising new product ideas and concepts; supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers and visiting relevant jewellery fairs. Product Development Work closely with the design, production, and sourcing teams to ensure seamless execution of designs, maintaining quality and craftsmanship. Trend Analysis & Market Insights Research market trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for innovative heritage-inspired collections. Provide insights into consumer behavior and emerging trends in luxury and heritage Jewellery. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management Partner with marketing, sales, and retail teams to position collections effectively, ensuring alignment with brand positioning. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and craftsmen to source premium materials and execute intricate designs. Merchandising Strategy Able to create a unique POV in this category - enabling a design language and craft that is unique and can stay relevant for years to come. Ensure optimal inventory levels and monitor collection performance to guide future merchandising decisions. Review and monitor category assortment performance and implement various action plans for improvement Establish pricing of the range to deliver target margins, volumes and value, including pricing harmonization across all categories Preferred candidate profile 5 to 8 years of experience in Jewellery design, merchandising, or product development, preferably in a luxury or heritage-focused brand. Hands-on experience in collaborating with artisans and managing end-to-end Jewellery production processes Bachelors degree in design, Jewellery Design, Merchandising, or a related field. A masters degree or certification in Luxury Brand Management or Design is preferred.
