Roles and Responsibilities Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various positions across the plant, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of staff employees and skilled manpower Oversee employee engagement initiatives such as welfare activities to improve morale and productivity. Collaborate with line managers to resolve employee grievances and conflicts through effective communication and problem-solving skills. Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, attendance tracking. Desired Candidate Profile 10-12 years of experience in Human Resources or related field (Plant HR preferred). MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations or equivalent qualification. Proven track record of success in Talent Acquisition & Management; Employee Engagement & Onboarding; HR Generalist Activities & Coordination.
