You should have a minimum of 4 years of practical experience in Java and J2EE technologies. Your expertise should include the development of Java/J2EE solutions using Hibernate, Spring, Struts, and JSF. Proficiency in using modeling tools is also required. As a self-starter, you should be able to work effectively with minimal supervision. In addition to the above skills and experience, you must possess a strong background in application design utilizing UML, design patterns, and performance tuning. Knowledge of web service integration using SOAP, WSDL, as well as proficiency in JavaScripting, JSON, and JQuery is highly desirable.
