As a member of the Group Compliance, Regulatory & Governance IT team based in Pune, India, you will play a crucial role in designing and implementing IT solutions for Operational Risk products. Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining a Java-based web application, driving continuous integration and improvements, establishing architecture standards and guidelines for a globally deployed software solution, and supporting product management in driving the product roadmap. Working closely with the Development Lead, you will deliver IT solutions independently as part of a global team.
