Must have 10+ years of experience.
Must have Indian banking domain experience.
Preferred if having Debit Card/payment domain experience.
Middleware support & DBA support
Infra support coordination
System Health Check
Fine tuning of the application
Regular Architectural review
Regular patch updates
Delivery of customization as per the banks timelines basis (Critical High Medium and low)
Uptime of the application to be maintained (99.99%)
Application support window should be 24X7X365
•Application resources FOC
CR UAT deployment & Testing
Patch deployment on UAT & Production
UAT & Production issue analysis & resolution
Creating & Importing of Certificate on UAT & Production
CMS application server space monitoring & increase
Sync of Production files on DR
DR Drill Activity (As per schedule activity)
Mail and call support to Branch/Vendor/Internal/Bank Stakeholders
Test data preparation on UAT
Support to Bank stakeholders for UAT testing
ISD review support to Bank Team
Source code review support to Bank Team
Other Activities/Report Generation as per Bank & Operation team requirement
Fixing of Audit Observations
Required application and Hardware required for solution
On-Site Support with Database Management Application
