We are seeking a highly experienced Java Solution Architect with 20+ years of expertise in designing and implementing enterprise-level solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on coding experience, be capable of navigating technical solutions, and collaborate effectively with architects to drive innovation and scalability. Key Responsibilities Architect and design scalable, high-performance Java-based solutions. Hands-on coding and development of critical system components. Work closely with enterprise architects and technical teams to define architecture standards and best practices. Navigate complex technical solutions and provide strategic guidance on system improvements. Ensure alignment of technical solutions with business objectives. Lead technical discussions and drive the adoption of modern technologies and frameworks. Optimize application performance and scalability through best coding practices. Provide mentorship and technical leadership to development teams. Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot critical production issues, and ensure high system reliability. Required Skills & Qualifications Extensive hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and related frameworks. Strong expertise in OpenShift and containerized deployments. Proven experience in designing and implementing large-scale enterprise applications. Deep understanding of cloud-native architectures and DevOps practices. Ability to work with architects to drive robust and scalable solutions. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to navigate technical challenges effectively. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Experience in BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) domain is a plus. Stable career trajectory with minimal job changes.
