Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Provide production support for Java-based applications, ensuring timely resolution of issues and minimal downtime.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical problems using various tools such as Splunk, SQL, and J2EE technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify root causes of errors and implement fixes.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for troubleshooting procedures and knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Participate in on-call rotation to provide 24x7 support for critical systems.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 5-10 years of experience in Java Production Support or similar role.
  • Bachelor's degree (B.Tech/B.E.) from a recognized university in Any Specialization.
  • Master's degree (M.Tech) preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong understanding of Linux operating system administration.
