Java Full Stack Developer

The Applications Development Technology Lead Analyst is a senior-level position where you will be responsible for establishing and implementing new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team. Your main objective will be to lead applications systems analysis and programming activities. You will be required to analyze, design, and develop applications using Java, UI Frameworks, Microservices, and relational database as a full stack developer. Additionally, you will develop UI components and screens using UI technologies such as Angular, React, Bootstrap, HTML5, and CSS. Designing and developing scalable services using Java, Springboot, Kafka, and Oracle will be part of your responsibilities. Your role will also involve utilizing in-depth specialty knowledge of applications development to analyze complex problems/issues, evaluate business processes, system processes, and industry standards, and make evaluative judgments. You will also manage and remediate vulnerabilities, code quality issues, and write test cases, recommend and develop security measures, consult with users/clients and other technology groups, and ensure essential procedures are followed while defining operating standards and processes. As a senior member of the team, you will serve as an advisor or coach to new or lower-level programmer analysts. You will have the autonomy to exercise independent judgment and act as a subject matter expert to senior stakeholders and/or other team members. It is essential to appropriately assess risks when making business decisions and demonstrate consideration for the firm's reputation. To qualify for this role, you should have 9-15 years of relevant experience and technical expertise in Angular/React, HTML5, Bootstrap, Java, Spring framework, Kafka, Microservices, and Oracle - PL/SQL. Experience in systems analysis and programming of software applications, managing and implementing successful projects, and working knowledge of consulting/project management techniques/methods will be beneficial. You should also possess the ability to work under pressure, manage deadlines, and adapt to unexpected changes in expectations or requirements.
