Requirement: 4-7 yrs in Java, Hibernate, Microservices, Immediate joiner Role Summary: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Back-End Software Engineer to join our dynamic and growing product engineering team. You will play a critical role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and high-performance backend services to power our next-generation SaaS solutions. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams to deliver enterprise-grade solutions in a fast-paced, agile environment. Education: BE/BTech/MCA Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, deploy, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure backend solutions. - Collaborate in the definition of system architecture and make key design decisions aligned with the product roadmap and business objectives. - Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code using Java and related technologies. - Participate actively in agile development processes including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, code reviews, and retrospectives. - Implement best practices including Test-Driven Development (TDD), Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD), and DevOps automation. - Work with microservices architecture and ensure seamless integration with other services and systems. - Interact with databases like Oracle and PostgreSQL, using ORM tools such as Hibernate. - Collaborate closely with product managers, UI/UX teams, and other stakeholders to refine requirements and deliver quality software. - Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and technologies and drive continuous improvement initiatives within the team. Required Skills & Experience: - Minimum 4 years of experience in backend software development using Java. - Proven experience in designing and building applications using microservices architecture. - Experience with cloud infrastructure platforms such as AWS, Oracle Cloud (OCI), Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. - Strong experience with ORMs like Hibernate and working with relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, etc.). - Sound understanding of software development best practices including agile methodologies, code reviews, unit testing, CI/CD pipelines, and TDD. - Experience delivering SaaS-based enterprise solutions in a high-growth, fast-paced, and matrixed organizational setup.
