Java Developer (Backend)

As a Product Engineer at our company located in Pune, you will be part of our innovative team where your primary responsibility will be to develop scalable and high-quality software solutions. With 4-6 years of experience, you will utilize your strong technical expertise and problem-solving abilities to tackle complex challenges effectively. Your key responsibilities will include problem-solving by enhancing software performance and functionality, software development using Java and Spring Boot, implementation and optimization of data structures for application efficiency, basic utilization of AWS services for deploying applications in the cloud, and effective database management using MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL, and SQL. You will also be expected to manage version control using Git (Bitbucket) for seamless collaboration and provide technical guidance during project development by collaborating with cross-functional teams. To excel in this role, you must have strong problem-solving skills with a sound understanding of algorithms and data structures, proficiency in Java with experience in the Spring Boot framework, basic knowledge of AWS services, experience with various databases, and familiarity with Git for source code management. It would be advantageous to have experience with Kafka for messaging and data streaming, and knowledge of Redis for caching and performance optimization. To qualify for this position, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, along with 4 to 6 years of software development experience, focusing on Java and Spring Boot.
