As a Finance+ Server Developer at HARMAN, you will collaborate with partner tech teams, product managers, and architects to integrate Finance+ services with regional banking partners. Your responsibilities will include customizing SF+ APIs, integrating partner APIs, and maintaining large-scale, distributed client-server applications in the cloud. Working within an agile team environment, you will design, develop, and support application server programs to ensure seamless integration across various architectural layers. To excel in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science & Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field from a reputable institution. Additionally, you should possess strong fundamentals in Computer Science, including object-oriented design, data structures, algorithm design, and complexity analysis. With 5-8 years of industry experience, you should have a working knowledge of hosted Java web services, Core Java, and Spring, along with expertise in server application development using technologies such as Springboot, Microservices, and REST APIs. In addition to technical skills, you should have experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies, source code repositories like GitHub, and unit testing for program robustness. Strong communication skills, the ability to collaborate across teams, and a good understanding of SDLC processes and automated tools will be essential for success in this role.
