Job Title: Foreign Languages Trainer Japanese & Korean Location: KLH Bowrampet Campus, Hyderabad Experience Required: 5- 8 Years (preferred) Role & responsibilities Language Training: Deliver structured language instruction in Japanese and Korean (reading, writing, listening, speaking, grammar). Prepare students for international proficiency exams (e.g., JLPT, TOPIK). Develop customized learning modules for beginners to intermediate levels. Curriculum Development: Design and update course materials, assessments, and multimedia content. Align language instruction with international placement requirements and academic goals. Incorporate cultural learning and business etiquette in training. Student Engagement: Conduct regular practice sessions, speaking clubs, and language labs. Monitor student progress and provide individualized feedback. Encourage participation in language competitions and cultural events. Collaboration: Coordinate with the International Relations/Training & Placement cell for student readiness. Support students applying for study-abroad and internship programs in Japan and South Korea. Liaise with foreign language institutions or embassies for collaborative initiatives. Administrative Duties: Maintain student attendance, grading, and language progress records. Assist with translation/interpretation tasks if needed during academic exchanges or MoUs. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors or Masters degree in Japanese/Korean language, linguistics, or equivalent. JLPT N2/N3 or TOPIK Level 4/5 certification (minimum). Proven experience (58 years) in teaching Japanese and/or Korean in academic or corporate settings. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with online teaching tools, smart classrooms, and blended learning methods. Preferred candidate profile Minimum 5 years of experience in teaching Japanese language, preferably in an academic or training institution. JLPT N2 or higher certification is mandatory (N1 preferred). Bachelors or Masters degree in Japanese Language / Literature or any relevant field. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Japanese and English. Familiarity with online teaching tools and language learning platforms. Experience in preparing students for JLPT and other standardized Japanese exams. Desirable Skills: Multilingual (English, Japanese, Korean; Telugu is a plus). Experience in preparing students for global placements. Exposure to Japanese/Korean corporate culture or academic environments. Willingness to organize extracurricular cultural/language events.
