Identify new business opportunities and generate leads in the IVF sector. Build relationships with fertility clinics, private practitioners (consultants) , hospitals, and healthcare providers to promote IVF-related services. Drive sales through meetings, presentations, and follow-ups. Meet and exceed sales targets. Provide technical and clinical information to clients about the products. Monitor market trends, competition, and industry developments within the IVF sector. Analyze customer needs, feedback, and competitors to refine sales strategies. Stay updated with advancements in IVF technology and services. Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers (clinics, doctors, laboratory staff). Provide post-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction and troubleshooting any issues that arise with products or services. Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure continued customer engagement. Maintain accurate records of sales, customer interactions, and feedback. Prepare and submit sales reports to senior management. Track sales activities and outcomes . Assist in marketing efforts, including the development of promotional materials, product demonstrations, and trade show participation. Promote brand, services, and products through various platforms.
