Role & Responsibilities: Provide nursing care to patients in assigned wards or departments (e.g. General, ICU, Emergency). Administer medications and IV fluids as prescribed. Monitor patient vitals, maintain accurate nursing records, and report critical findings to doctors. Assist in minor procedures and emergency interventions. Maintain hygiene and infection control standards across the unit. Educate patients and family members on care plans and discharge instructions. Ensure smooth communication between medical, paramedical, and support staff. Preferred Candidate Profile: GNM or B.Sc. Nursing degree from a recognized institution. Registration with Maharashtra Nursing Council is mandatory . Freshers welcome; experience up to 5 years preferred. Compassionate, responsible, and able to work under pressure. Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including nights and weekends.
