tga: Hiring ServiceNow ITOM Expert Remote 1 Lakh/Month (CTC) We're looking for a highly skilled ServiceNow ITOM Consultant with 6+ years of experience to join a remote team focused on delivering enterprise-grade solutions. If you're hands-on with Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement ServiceNow ITOM modules like Discovery, Service Mapping, and Event Management. Configure and deploy MID Servers, probes, and patterns. Collaborate with ITSM, CMDB, and other cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration. Optimize ITOM workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce operational costs. Provide technical leadership and maintain clear, reusable documentation. Qualifications: 6+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow ITOM. Deep understanding of IT infrastructure (servers, networks, cloud platforms). Scripting proficiency in JavaScript, PowerShell, or Python. Solid understanding of ServiceNow architecture and integration methods. Certifications (Preferred but not mandatory): ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) Discovery (Expertise in MID Servers, probes, and Discovery patterns.) ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) Event Management (Ability to deploy monitoring, manage alerts, and automate incident creation.) CSA and ITIL Foundation knowledge is a strong plus.
