A teaching certification or license specific to the educational institution is required, along with proven experience as a Computer Teacher or in a related teaching role. Strong knowledge of computer science concepts and programming languages, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team are also essential qualifications. Furthermore, experience in lesson planning and curriculum development, knowledge of educational technology tools and software, commitment to student-centered teaching and learning, and strong organizational and time management skills are important attributes for this role.
