Qualifications: - Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. - Minimum of 1-2 years in IT recruitment. - Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of HR practices. - Familiarity with various IT roles and technologies.
