This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or professionals with up to 1 year of experience who are eager to start or grow their career in talent acquisition and IT staffing. Key Responsibilities: Assist in sourcing and screening candidates for various IT roles. Post job descriptions on relevant job portals and social media. Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates. Maintain applicant tracking and update recruitment reports. Learn and use recruitment tools effectively (e.g., LinkedIn, Naukri, etc.). Required Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Eagerness to learn and grow in IT recruitment. Basic understanding of IT roles and technologies (preferred but not mandatory). Strong organizational and coordination abilities. Familiarity with MS Office and job portals is a plus. Eligibility Criteria: Graduate in any discipline (BBA, BCA, BSc IT, MBA HR preferred). 0 to 1 year of relevant experience. Immediate joiners preferred.
