Roles & Responsibilities:

Should have experience in end-to-end Recruitment of IT roles.
Should have expertise in Contract to hire
Should have experience in interview scheduling, coordination, tracking & Reporting
Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders to ensure that hiring processes align with the companys culture and needs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A deep understanding of IT roles, technologies, and trends.
Devise and implement IT recruiting strategies to source potential candidates who are in the IT sector
Collaborate with senior staff to recognise exactly what is necessary to ensure optimum IT staffing solutions
