Job Description

About the Role:

high-energy Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the
end-to-end bulk recruitment process
for domestic and international BPO/KPO roles, including voice, non-voice, and backend profiles.
Partner with department heads and operations teams to understand volume hiring requirements and manpower forecasting.
Strategize and execute
mass sourcing campaigns
via job portals, social media, walk-ins, employee referrals, and campus drives.
Draft and post
high-impact job advertisements
tailored for high-volume attraction.
Screen large volumes of candidates efficiently while maintaining quality and role fit.
Schedule and conduct
daily walk-in drives
and initial HR rounds to ensure a steady pipeline.
Manage and update candidate records in the
Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
.
Coordinate with hiring managers and stakeholders to ensure fast-paced interview closures.
Drive and maintain an excellent
candidate experience
during high-pressure ramp-ups.
Support employer branding initiatives with a focus on building a robust reputation in the BPO/KPO space.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

1–3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably with
bulk hiring exposure in a BPO/KPO setup
.
Strong understanding of BPO/KPO hiring dynamics—voice, chat, tech support, backend, etc.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and perform in fast-paced, target-driven environments.
