Lead, mentor, and manage a team of IT recruiters to meet hiring goals and deadlines.
Handle end-to-end IT recruitment processes sourcing, screening, scheduling, and closing candidates.
Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their hiring needs and providing effective staffing solutions.
Manage client communications, updates, and feedback to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Allocate and monitor tasks within the team to ensure productivity and quality.
Drive recruitment strategy and best practices to improve efficiency and success rates.
Track team performance and provide regular reports to management.
Conduct training and performance reviews to develop team skills.
Minimum 3 years of IT recruitment experience, with at least 1 year in a team lead/client handling role.
Strong knowledge of IT technologies and hiring trends.
Proven experience in managing clients independently and delivering high-quality talent.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong leadership and people management abilities.
Proficient in using job portals, social media, and other sourcing tools.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
