Role Overview:

We are hiring fresher IT recruiters who will be trained to identify, attract, and engage top tech talent for various roles across our client base. This is a great opportunity for individuals passionate about recruitment and looking to build a career in the HR and staffing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand job requirements and create job descriptions
• Source candidates using various platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, social media)
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain candidate databases and track hiring metrics
• Communicate with candidates professionally and maintain positive relationships

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (BBA, B.Com, B.Tech, etc.)
• Strong interest in recruitment and HR domain
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
• Basic understanding of IT technologies (preferred but not mandatory)
• Proficient in MS Office and internet research

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

• Monday to Friday

• Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
