The IT Quality Senior Manager is responsible for managing professional teams and departments to integrate Retail Risk expertise with software quality testing professionalism and best practices. Your role involves expertly training and cross-training the testing team, ensuring the quality of technology deliveries with a focus on automation, and promoting testing in the development process. As an IT Quality Senior Manager, you will be accountable for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of data across trading, risk management, regulatory reporting, and financial analytics systems. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will establish enterprise-wide data quality frameworks to enhance trading operations, support risk mitigation, and ensure compliance with regional and global financial regulations. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and enforce global data quality frameworks for front and back office systems supporting multi-asset class trading. - Provide thought leadership in data observability, automated testing, and cloud-based data quality solutions. - Manage testing deliverables by planning and estimating tests, driving test automation, identifying risks, and suggesting mitigation plans for timely delivery of high-quality output. - Ensure data integrity across global trading platforms, pricing models, risk engines, and regulatory compliance systems. - Implement automated data validation for real-time market data, trade transactions, and post-trade analytics. - Collaborate with various teams to resolve data anomalies and embed data quality checks in CI/CD pipelines. - Define and monitor key data quality metrics across global financial systems. - Establish data lineage, metadata management, and governance frameworks for high-quality regulatory reporting. - Ensure compliance with global and regional regulatory frameworks. - Lead initiatives on AI/ML-based data anomaly detection for real-time insights in market risk and pricing data. Experience: - Minimum 12 years of IT Testing experience required. Technical Expertise: - Proficiency in Java and SQL for automation and data validation, with experience in Python as a plus. - Knowledge of embedding quality checks into CI/CD pipelines. - Experience working in AWS, Azure, or GCP data services is beneficial. - Proficient in testing data validation, transformation (ETL), and migration. - Familiarity with data quality tools (Great Expectations, Monte Carlo, Talend, Collibra, Informatica DQ) is advantageous. Soft Skills: - Ability to manage global stakeholders such as traders, quants, risk managers, and compliance teams across multiple regions. - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills in a fast-paced trading environment.
