Role & responsibilities Daily Operation of security services - security guarding, employee & visitor management, traffic management, material movement and security documentation. Oversee day to day security operations, build robust system of intelligence for timely collection and analyzing information from the environment which impact security. Ensure the security risk assessment and mitigation measures are implemented on site. Coordinate with the cross functional team, clients to ensure the smooth operations during day and night. Ensure the implementation, management, operation and maintenance of physical security measures and security systems - Access Control System, CCTV system etc. Responsible to response to any emergency in co-ordination with the outsourced team as per the Emergency Response Plan. Daily checks and documentation as per the SOPs and set guidelines related to security domain and coordinate with other teams for rectifications if any. Responsible for completing and maintaining all internal documentation and ensure that external outsourced teams documentation is being completed as preset process. Coordinate with service partners for SLA Compliance related to service delivery by outsourced team as per set SLAs. Identification, documentation, reporting of any short fall observed in SLA compliance monitoring to the service partner and closure. Maintain good liaison with local police, Fire Brigade and other authorities connected with security and safety matters Responsible for Cost monitoring, billing related to service delivery Responsible for supporting implementation of ESG initiatives within an organization and ensuring 100% compliance thereof. British safety Counsil, ISO, IMS Safety Audits implementation and element management. Management of all internal and external audits related to security function. Achieve individual OHS&W objectives. Ensure traffic safety management systems. Ensure OHS&W objective are understood and individual objectives are completed as per the defined target date. Identify risk at his work place, control measures are implemented and communicated to concerned employees. Actively Participation in Employee Consultation Forum and other OHS&W related meetings. Report all incidents, NMCs, SOs that have occurred are reported and take participation as per procedures. Ensure work is carried out as per the Permit to Work standard and implementation of all identified control measures as per risk assessment ( HIRA) Ensure that all OHS&W related documents are maintained, tracked and tracked as per assigned responsibility. Ensure completion of any other task assigned by the management. Preferred candidate profile Minimum 07 to 08 years of executive level experience in Security domain with cross functional experience in handling and coordination in the facility services Knowledge of Relevant equipment, policies, procedures and strategies, laws, legal codes, government regulations. Computer literate and proficient in working in MS Office with command over Presentation skills. Good in verbal and written communication. Knowledge of security protocols and procedures. Additional qualification in safety, fire, ISO audits would be an added advantage Functional / Technical Skills required Facility Management Planning /Manpower handling skills, Installation & Maintenance, Client Management, Knowledge of Safety Standard & Compliance

Role & responsibilities Responsible for all Facility Management related activities such as upkeep and maintenance of all buildings and infrastructure. Attend and immediately resolve all the complaints received from the building clients. To ensure minimum down time for all the utilities and services. To maintain records of building documents. Preparing work permits and work orders. Vendor Management and AMC negotiations. Maintaining MIS and records To ensure optimum utilization of available resources. Regular interaction with clients. Achieving objective and target through the HOD in their buildings. Report Compliance and adherence to the OHS Management System to CM. Ensure effective implementations of permit to work system, Lock out tag out system. To ensure the implementation of the recommendations on audit findings in their respective buildings. Ensure all emergency systems are functional, ensure regular maintenance and report any abnormality to CM. To look into all potential hazardous conditions, investigate all hazardous occurrences and incidents in their buildings and take corrective and preventive measures. Maintaining Inter-Departmental contact, viz, Architects, Engineering/Projects, Sales (AES), Finance, etc, according to the requirement. Attending Projects meetings and following up for snags closures relating to project sites. Preferred candidate profile Should have handled FM Operations for large IT Parks / Commercial Complex consisting of multiple buildings. Should posses good leadership with excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to interact across all levels of management hierarchy. The position requires high degree of motivation, initiative and drive with hands on operations knowledge.
