Job Description

IT Network/System Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and support Microsoft 365 services (Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive)
- Administer Azure Active Directory, MFA, Conditional Access
- Configure and uphold Microsoft Intune for device and app management
- Enforce compliance and data governance policies through Microsoft Purview
- Troubleshoot and maintain Windows Server (2016/2019/2022) and Windows 10/11
- Monitor system health and address IT infrastructure issues
- Provide support for LAN/WAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP, and firewall configurations
- Oversee CCTV and video conferencing tools (MS Teams etc)
Requirements:
- B.Sc/B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science/IT or a related field
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant IT systems and network administration experience
- Experience on MS Exchange, MS SharePoint and MS teams Administration
- Advanced knowledge of PC/laptop, Servers, Network Devices hardware.
- Advanced Active Directory administration skill.
- Knowledge about various licenses of O365 such as M365 E3, O365 E3
- Experience with patching and vulnerability management
Preferred certifications:
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator, Security & Compliance Fundamentals
- CCNA / CompTIA network +
- Strong analytical, communication, and troubleshooting abilities
