Urgent Hiring for Network Administrator for Bangalore Location.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-level LAN/WAN infrastructure.

• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal uptime.

• Configure and manage routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs (FortiGate, Cisco, etc.).

• Implement network security protocols, VLANs, and access controls.

• Conduct regular patching, firmware upgrades, and performance tuning.

• Manage IP address allocation, DHCP, DNS, and network topology documentation.

• Collaborate with IT Security teams for audits and vulnerability assessments.

• Support VOIP and wireless infrastructure.

• Plan and execute network expansion, migration, or infrastructure upgrades.

• Ensure high availability and disaster recovery readiness for network systems.

Skills Required

Technical Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, NAT, VPN.

• Hands-on with Cisco, Juniper, HP, or Ubiquiti devices.

• Experience with firewall configuration (FortiGate, SonicWall, Palo Alto).

• Proficient in network monitoring tools (PRTG, SolarWinds, Zabbix).

• Familiar with SD-WAN, MPLS, and cloud networking (Azure/AWS VNet).

• Understanding of IT security principles and firewall policies.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.

• Strong documentation and communication abilities.

• Ability to work independently and handle critical issues.

Experience Required

• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in managing enterprise networks.

• Experience with multi-site and large-scale network environments preferred.

• Exposure to ITIL processes, documentation, and change management practices.

Certifications (Preferred)

• Mandatory: Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)

• Preferred:

• Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP)

• Fortinet NSE 4 or higher

• CompTIA Network+

• ITIL v4 Foundation

Salary As per Industry Standard.
