Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Understand how to set up and manage networks like LAN, WAN, VPN, IP addresses, DNS, DHCP, etc. 2. Handle computers, routers, switches, printers, and other hardware. Solve technical problems quickly. 3. Manage Windows or Linux servers. Create and manage user accounts (Active Directory). 4. Protect the network using firewalls, antivirus, and access controls. Prevent hacking or data leaks. 5. Create backup systems and recover data in case of system failure. Preferred Skills: Strong knowledge of LAN/Wi-Fi networking . Experience with network devices (especially Aruba or HP ). Good understanding of network security (firewalls, load balancers, etc.). Familiar with network monitoring tools (like Nagios, PRTG, SolarWinds). Can handle troubleshooting and provide 2nd level IT support .
