IT M&A SAP Solution Architect

Job Description

Your Tasks: IT Due Diligence :Conduct thorough assessments of SAP systems for potential M&A targets. Identify integration challenges and opportunities within SAP environments. Target Operating Model (TOM) Development :Design and develop TOMs that incorporate SAP solutions and align with business strategies. Ensure TOMs are scalable, flexible, and support future growth. Integration Planning: Develop detailed integration plans for SAP systems and processes. Collaborate closely with SAP experts to ensure seamless integration. Stakeholder Management :Engage with key stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates. Facilitate workshops and meetings to align on architectural decisions. Compliance and Governance :Ensure all SAP solutions comply with regulatory requirements. Maintain documentation and governance frameworks. Your Profile: Mandatory Proven experience in SAP architecture within M&A contexts. Strong understanding of IT due diligence processes. Expertise in developing and implementing TOMs with SAP solutions. Excellent project management skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Effective communication and stakeholder management skills. Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus). Optional Knowledge of legal and regulatory aspects of M&A. Experience with cloud technologies and digital transformation. Proficiency in enterprise architecture frameworks and tools.
