Location GRO Educational Qualification Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Experience in (In Years): 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure management Purpose of the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Infrastructure Manager to lead and oversee our on-prem & cloud-based infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of AWS and GCP cloud platforms, with hands-on experience in managing and maintaining complex IT environments. Experience with Linux systems is highly desirable. S.No. Key Responsibility Areas 1 Cloud Infrastructure Management- Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure on AWS and GCP platforms- Ensure high availability, performance, and security of cloud resources- Optimize cloud costs and resource utilization- Implement and maintain cloud security best practices- Develop and maintain comprehensive disaster recovery plans 2 System Administration- Manage and maintain on-premise and cloud-based servers, network devices, and storage systems- Proactively monitor system performance and identify potential issues- Troubleshoot and resolve system anetwork problems- Implement and maintain system security measures 3 Team Leadership- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other IT staff- Collaborate within the IT Infra team & Software team to ensure seamless integration of systems- Stay up-to-date with the latest cloud technologies and trends 4 Documentation and Reporting- Maintain accurate documentation of IT infrastructure and processes- Generate regular reports on system performance and capacity Preferred Qualifications :- Hands-on experience with Linux operating systems- Proven experience managing AWS and GCP cloud environments with relevant certifications (AWSCSA, GCCPCA)- Strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware)- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills- Strong communication and interpersonal skills Competencies: Job Specific Competencies Required Competency Level Required 1.
