Location: Bangalore, Pune Experience: 4 - 12 Years Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days Job Overview We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented IT Data Analyst/Engineer to join our data team. This role is ideal for professionals who are passionate about leveraging data to drive business decisions. You will design and build robust data-driven solutions, develop insightful reports and dashboards, and serve as a subject matter expert for data analytics within the organization. Our company fosters a culture of continuous learning and professional growth. Key Responsibilities Design and implement end-to-end data solutions tailored to business needs. Develop interactive dashboards, KPIs, and visual reports using Power BI . Write and optimize complex SQL queries to extract and transform data. Utilize Python for data manipulation and advanced analytics tasks. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into technical specifications. Create clear documentation including BRDs , HLDs , and process workflows. Identify opportunities for improving data flow, quality, and governance. Support data compliance and security standards in reporting and analysis. Mentor and support junior analysts and engineers in best practices and technical development. Participate in special analytics projects and strategic initiatives. Requirements 4 to 12 years of experience in Data Analysis, Data Engineering, or BI reporting roles. Strong hands-on expertise with Power BI for report building and data visualization. Proficiency in SQL with a deep understanding of relational databases. Experience in Python for data processing and scripting. Solid understanding of data modeling , ETL processes , and data warehousing concepts . Experience in preparing business and technical documentation (BRD, HLD, etc.). Ability to work cross-functionally with business and technical stakeholders. Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, or GCP) for data storage and analytics. Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Domain knowledge in banking or financial services is a strong plus.
