Job Title: Nexthink Digital Employee Experience (DEX) Data Analyst Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Nexthink Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Nexthink Digital Employee Experience (DEX) platform and its functionalities, including dashboards, investigations, and campaigns. The role involves designing and customizing dashboards and reports, performing data analysis to generate actionable insights, and collaborating with IT & Business teams to further the maturity & usage of Nexthink inside R1 RCM. Key Responsibilities: Data Analysis and Insights: Use NQL (Nexthink Query Language) to create and run queries that analyze device and user performance metrics. Generate reports and visualizations to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for IT optimization. Analyze DEX scores, application performance, and system stability to provide actionable recommendations. Ability to create custom scripts for remote actions (e.g., PowerShell, Python, Batch) Monitoring and Troubleshooting: Configure and monitor Nexthink alerts, dashboards, and investigations to proactively identify IT issues.
