Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and dependable IT Admin to oversee and support our IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations across all hardware and network systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of desktops, laptops, printers, intercom (EPBX), CCTV, and servers
• Perform regular updates, system upgrades, and maintenance of IT hardware and accessories
• Monitor and ensure daily backups of servers and maintain network uptime
• Maintain detailed records of system faults, service reports, and resolutions
• Coordinate with external vendors for equipment repairs, AMC management, and warranty servicing

Candidate Requirements:

• Prior hands-on experience in hardware troubleshooting and system maintenance
• Working knowledge of server and network configurations
• Familiarity with CCTV systems, EPBX, and peripheral hardware
• Ability to manage and liaise with external IT service providers
• Strong analytical thinking, troubleshooting skills, and attention to detail
• Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, or a related technical field preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
