Role & responsibilities 4-8 Years Program Management Experience Thorough understanding of Program Management techniques and methods Serve as a primary point of contact for Program stakeholders Responsible for developing new programs to support the strategic growth of the organization. Accountable to execute programs to achieve scope, schedule, cost, delivery and quality requirements. Interacting with commercial and business development teams from the RFQ stage to final product shipment. Responsible for developing project plan and coordinating with teams/functions to ensure New Product Development as per customer required dates. Identify and assess risk that may impact program delivery. Develop mitigation strategies and monitor risks throughout the program lifecycle. Communicate program status, updates and key milestones to executives and other stake holders Work with finance team to manage budgets and ensure projects remain cost-effective. Customer relationship management processes and increase customer satisfaction levels. People Management Preferred candidate profile Proven experience in Program Management with Aerospace OEMs & defense industries is a plus.
