  • Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, or chats in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide accurate information to customers regarding products/services offered by the company.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently while maintaining high levels of satisfaction.
  • Meet performance targets set by the organization for quality, productivity, and sales metrics.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and objectives.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 0-1 year of experience in an international voice process environment (BPO/Call Centre).
  • Excellent communication skills in English language with good pronunciation.
  • Ability to work on rotational shifts including evenings, nights, weekends & holidays as per business requirements.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Looking for immediate joiners only.
