Shifts: UK rotational with 2 rotational offs (comfortable with night shifts) Roles and Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries via phone calls, emails, or chats to resolve their concerns and provide excellent customer service. Provide accurate information on products/services offered by the company to meet customers' needs. Maintain a high level of professionalism while handling difficult situations with empathy and patience.
