Customer Service (Company Store): Greet and assist walk-in customers, ensuring a high standard of service and support. Address and resolve customer queries, complaints, or issues promptly. Ensure the store is clean, organized, and stocked with appropriate merchandise. Monitor sales performance and contribute to achieving store targets. 2. Inventory Control: Oversee daily stock movement – receiving, storing, and issuing of products. Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile physical stock with system records. Maintain accurate inventory reports and manage reorder levels to avoid stock-outs or overstocking. Coordinate with the supply chain and warehouse teams for timely replenishment. 3. Distributor Guidance & Training: Act as a liaison between the company and regional distributors. Conduct onboarding and periodic training sessions for distributors on product knowledge, sales processes, and system usage. Provide operational support to distributors for order placement, tracking, and after-sales service. Monitor distributor performance and provide feedback or escalations as required. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field. 2–5 years of experience in retail operations, customer service, or distribution management. Good command of Telugu, English (spoken and written) and Hindi (Spoken preferably) Proficiency in MS Excel. Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. Willingness to travel within the Vijayawada region for distributor visits. Preferred Experience: Experience working in Direct Selling Company (Preferable), FMCG or Retail sectors.
